<description>Sadly, I think Frank has lost this team, even the new guys, long ago. I don't think RJ is listening to him, nor do I think VC cares to. The young bucks - Boone, MWill, and especially Sean - are now without mentors, and it shows big time.

Why did it take Curly so long to come back?

Why can't they play a zone?

Why did they lose so many close games in the first part of the season?

Why does the team insist on matador D and launching from long range when they absolutely stink from long range and had built the franchise around two slashing players who go to the hoop?

Can't blame it on the moods of JKidd now...

I realize our boy Ratner doesn't care about the product on the floor now that his deal is going to go thru, but really, how much can Frank be making that he can't be shown the door?

In a weak east, a new start with somebody, say even Brian Hill, could mean a 6 place finish, and then who knows what can happen.

Could Jeff Van Gundy be interested to work with Rod Thorn and be the man when (and if) they actually get to Bklyn?

One thing is certain - they are going nowhere but down the tubes with this man as coach, alienating a lot of young promising talent along the way...
