Hey, Michael, I just gotta say I love the blog and podcast. I never hear in depth analysis of the Nets like I hear it with you, nothing gives me the joy more than listening to another huge Nets fan talk about them like you do. Great job, man.

I think the way the Nets played the Celtics was quite an accomplishment, at least on defense. The held the the C's to 86, and Josh Boone played and did what he could against KG. The did what they could against Pierce and Allen, although they bit for Pierce's pump-fakes multiple times in a row. As for the offense, the Celtics have a great defense, and they Nets got 30 on them in the 1st quarter. Vince attacked a lot early in the game, although overall he had a poor offensive game. Kidd played like he always does, especially on defense. The Nets 4th quarter was abysmmal, and if it wasn't for that poor shooting, they might have won the game.

And one question that I never hear answered my anybody: Why doesn't Malik Allen get more time off the bench than Jason Collins. Allen's defense seems better than he gets respect for, and Malik is 10x more of an offensive threat than Collins.
