About Michael Senno

Born and raised in New York, Michael initially developed an affinity for the Nets more to annoy loyal Knick fans, than to root for Buck Williams and the red, white, and blue uniforms, but it initiated a beautiful relationship. From the epic last-place battles with the Knicks in the 1980's, through the disgraceful tie-dye uniforms and destitute Derrick Coleman and Kenny Anderson years, to the failed John Calipari-Keith Van Horn combo, and into the modern era of playoff teams, Michael stood by the Nets as they grew from lovable loser to perennial contender.

Still living in NY, Michael marvels at the immense media coverage the Knicks receive, despite how bad the team is. As a die-hard Yankee fan, at least his cable channel of choice, the YES Network, favors the Nets.

Currently a Network Engineer by day, Michael continues to attempt to nurse along a future sports media career by night. Time will tell how that goes.
